Freshair Technologies is a Mechanical (HVAC) Contracting Company based in Gaborone, Botswana. It was registered on the 25 February 2000, by the founder Managing Director, Mr. T. C. Parasuram, a mechanical engineer who has more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical services industry. The company has a sophisticated office with a well set up design and engineering department, and have own large warehousing facilities. Freshair Technologies is also an agent for LG and Samsung HVAC systems, RUKS Ozone Generators and Energy management systems. • Services and Products; Freshair deals with the installation and maintenance of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Mechanical Installations such as pumping stations, Fire protection systems, Fire sprinklers and suppression systems, Sewerage Treatment Plants e.t.c. for the Construction Industry. The company is a Grade “E” Mechanical Contractor registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB). It concentrates on multi storey commercial and residential buildings, but occasionally does medium sized projects. The company specialises in design, installation and maintenance of VRV/VRF Air Conditioning Systems, Chilled Water Air Conditioning Systems, Unitary Air Conditioning Systems, Toilet and Smoke Extraction & Ventilation Systems, Sewerage Treatment Plants, Pump Houses, Central Heating Systems, Fire Sprinkler and Suppression Systems e.t.c. • Projects and Achievements; for the past ten years, Freshair has always managed to pull off excellent results for all undertaken projects.
